I liked this miniature from the moment on I saw it over here at Plastic Legions (take a look, this blog is awesome!). The Mini (Rex, Dark Future Hero from Reaper Miniatures) is based on a Concrete Rubble Base from Dragon Forge and was painted by Duc with a few touch ups by me (base).
